A Qualifying Return consists of items that are received no longer than 30 calendar days after the initial purchase for a refund, and no longer than 90 calendar days after the initial purchase for an exchange. Items received must be in new, resellable condition and not have been a clearance item at the time of purchase. There are also some items such as masks etc. that, due to the nature of the item, are not eligible regardless of the status of the item or timeframe in which it was purchased.
All merchandise sent in that is not eligible for return or exchange will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and a form of payment must be provided. All non-qualifying merchandise will be held for a maximum of 30 calendar days before the case being closed out and no further action being taken. Several attempts will be made to contact the customer before their case is closed.
