No, clearance rack items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For all eligible exchanges, effective 1/18/2019, there will be a charge of $6.95 for the use of our prepaid return label. If using our prepaid return label, the refund will be adjusted as shown below. You are also able to send the items back VIA your own preferred shipping method.
- Refunds: The $6.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount of the item that was returned.
- Exchanges: Exchanges, regardless of the exchange item, will be charged $6.95 for the use of our prepaid return label. If you did not pay with a credit card, we will need another form of payment to charge the $6.95.
