We encourage customers to utilize our Prepaid Return Label as it is both convenient and easily tracked! You can create a Prepaid Return Label right on our website. Start by filling out of the form on our Returns & Exchanges page. Simply print out the label you created, adhere it to the outside of the return package, and drop it off with your local mail carrier/post office or any FedEx location! There is a $6.95 fee for this service, which often may be less expensive than shipping a larger box full of items back to us.
With this label, your return will be received back to our facility in 4-7 business days. Please note, Prepaid Return Labels are only valid for return shipping within the United States.
