To track a return sent back to us using the Prepaid Return Label generated on our website (within the US only), simply visit our Return Tracking page. If you did not use the Prepaid Return Label on our website, you will be responsible for tracking the package and contacting the shipper if there are any issues related to the delivery of your return.
