To track a return sent back to us using the Prepaid Return Label generated on our website, simply enter your order number on our Returns Tracking page to locate your return. If you are unable to track your return using your order number, please try the ten digit phone number associated with your account.
If you sent your package back and did not use our Prepaid Return Label (ie Canadian shipments), you can use the return tracking number found on your receipt to track the package through the original courier's website.
